Job Duties
Own and execute outbound prospecting strategy targeting enterprise accounts across key verticals
Build and optimise multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, intent signals) via HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo
Define ICP segmentation and account prioritisation frameworks; monitor pipeline health and report to leadership weekly
Partner with AEs and content/product marketing to align outbound motions and develop messaging for CHRO and VP Talent personas
Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up
Leverage LLM-powered tools (Clay AI, Make, or custom solutions) to build scalable, autonomous outbound pipelines
Instrument agents with feedback loops and quality controls; ensure compliance with GDPR
Evaluate emerging AI tooling and document agent architectures so workflows are reproducible and auditable
Build dashboards in HubSpot or BI tooling for real-time pipeline and agent performance visibility
Partner with Finance team members on data flows, attribution, and CRM hygiene; contribute to quarterly GTM planning
What are we looking for?
3–6 years in outbound demand generation, BDR management, or sales development with measurable pipeline results
Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation for sales or marketing workflows
Deep HubSpot proficiency including sequences, workflows, and reporting
Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication, particularly for senior ICP targeted personas
B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise ICP in the C-Suite space
Familiarity with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2) and agentic AI frameworks / prompt engineering
Experience with Beamery or competitive talent intelligence platforms
