Demand Fulfillment Cluster Manager FHS IEMEA

For the product cluster Fluid Handling Solutions within BA IEMEA, you:

• lead the E2E SIOP process and ensure the short/ mid term SC planning and its operational execution (on an 18 months time horizon)
• involve all relevant functions (segments/ verticals, operations units, supply chain, controlling)
• ensure full transparency and alignment within the BA along the complete process and across BAs, where required
• strive to achieve the agreed service level for each segment/ vertical, supporting the sales, Ebit & WoC targets of the BA
• optimize the utilization of production capacities and inventory structures, while considering and adjusting to R&O's
• you ensure & follow-up on the agreed staregy, tactics & measures
• lead the product cluster related plant SCM units

To operate the E2E SIOP process you are supported by & closely collaborate with the "SIOP Operations Team".

• Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business (university / university of applied science)
• Several years of professional experience in Supply chain Planning, E2E SIOP operations (good cross-functional knowledge)
• Experience in design of SCM processes and in SCM tools and methods, in particular familiarity with the supply chain planning area
• Solid SAP know-how
• Leadership experience >5 years and on BA/segment level (or comparable)
• Strong communication, facilitation & moderation skills, in a highly operational & dynamic context
• Successful working experience in an international organization/ context
• High level of customer orientation
• english language skills on C-Level
