What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the key point of contact for markets on all supply-, logistics- and demand-related questions.
  • Manage demand planning across selected markets and product portfolios, ensuring accurate and reliable forecasts.
  • Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, including reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring commercial insights and sales trends are fully captured in demand plans.
  • Align sales forecasts with budget expectations, supporting scenario discussions and decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements across systems, demand planning workflows, master data and communication channels (internal and external).
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support SKU lifecycle management, including Phase-In and Phase-Out planning.
  • Develop and track demand-related KPIs such as forecast accuracy, proposing actions to improve results.
  • Lead and support planning-related projects connected to KPIs, targets, and process optimisation.
  • Ensure accurate master data and support the development of efficient methods to maintain high-quality information.
  • Make demand-related decisions that directly impact Planning KPIs, including service levels, DOH, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience in demand planning within a complex environment—ideally pharmaceutical or FMCG—covering multiple markets and sourcing sites.
  • Previous experience leading S&OP meetings and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Logistics roles.
  • Strong proficiency with common planning and analytics tools (e.g., IFS, SAP, SO99+, Power BI, Microsoft Office).
  • Flexible, adaptable, action-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to structure data, extract insights and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Karo Values.
