At Faptic, we thrive on solving complex challenges. By blending design, engineering, and analytics, we help organizations harness the power of their resources to create innovative digital experiences and shape their future.

As we grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Programme Manager to help us scale. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable leading client-facing delivery as they are rolling up their sleeves to drive internal transformation projects—whether that’s a system upgrade, a compliance initiative, or helping scale our project delivery function.

Your Role at Faptic

As a Senior Delivery Programme Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software development programs, often involving the modernization of legacy platforms and building scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure. You will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed teams, partnering with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Program governance, budget control, and commercial viability
  • Agile delivery and team management across full SDLC
  • Driving engineering excellence and high-performance culture
  • Client engagement and relationship development at senior levels

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic outlook, ideal for someone who has deep delivery experience and wants to shape impactful digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of multiple simultaneous programmes and projects for both customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to define delivery approaches, write SOWs, build cost models, and shape compelling proposals.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Ensure financial and commercial control across projects: budgets, resourcing, billing, margin, and risk.
  • Engage confidently with customers—guiding them through planning, delivery, and change.
  • Deliver internal initiatives across business units—even outside your direct technical expertise—by coordinating teams and ensuring accountability.
  • Maintain strong governance, reporting, and transparency across all programmes.
  • Help develop delivery standards, templates, and repeatable processes to support scale.
  • Support hiring, mentoring, and onboarding of future PMs as we grow the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programme management experience in technology delivery, with time spent in a consulting or services environment.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen—comfortable building pricing models and managing costs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver both customer-facing and internal business change projects.
  • Hands-on experience with software development, data, security, or cloud projects (ideally Microsoft-based).
  • Experience in pre-sales and early project shaping, including requirements definition and SOW creation.
  • Able to manage ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and work across multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable working independently, with limited layers of support.
  • Excellent communication skills—credible with customers, execs, and developers alike.
  • Flexibility and knowledge to work with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience helping scale a delivery function is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies.
  • Ability to be a player on the team supporting delivery and picking up activities that need attention.
