• Správa a údržba podnikového systému MOVEX zabezpečovaním potrebných úkonov
(napr. vytváranie objednávok, dodacích listov atď.)
• Príprava sprievodných dokumentov k zásielkam podľa špecifikovaných požiadaviek a s tým spojené transakcie v systéme (t.j. príprava dodacích listov, CMR, ložných listov, certifikátov kvality, príprava etikiet na označenie produktov atď.).
• Kontrola správnosti predajnej objednávky v systéme IMEX a MOVEX
• Fakturácia odberateľom
• Spolupráca pri organizácii a koordinácii skladu a VZV
