We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Delivery Partner Management Professional to manage and optimize our transport and delivery network. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for our 3PL partners, ensuring a seamless delivery experience while maintaining full compliance with customs and regional regulations. You will be responsible for tracking performance, visiting facilities, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in our logistics operations across international markets.
Responsibilities
Manage delivery operations from Turkey warehouses and sellers to customers in Azerbaijan.
Direct and coordinate 3PL partners as a single point of contact to improve the end-to-end delivery experience.
Track import customs clearance processes, proactively manage potential risks, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations.
Regularly visit partner warehouses, Trendyol facilities, and customs warehouses to report findings and observations to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze delivery experience KPIs on a daily basis and monitor 3PL performance to identify and eliminate defects.
Signal KPI deviations and follow up by informing stakeholders or taking direct corrective actions where possible.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and customer service teams to streamline processes and address transportation issues.
Analyze delivery-related customer and seller complaints to define pain points and implement collaborative solutions.
Engage with project teams to provide insights into customer/seller needs, improving the quality of the journey and keeping up with industry trends.
Expected Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or other related departments.
Extensive experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
Proficiency in data analysis with an analytical mindset and a result-oriented approach.
Fluent in written and verbal English with a strong cross-cultural understanding.
Previous experience in the service or logistics sectors is considered a significant plus.
Strong relationship management skills to cultivate partnerships with carriers, vendors, customs, and FC operations.
