Delivery Ops Manager

The Delivery Ops Manager owns a unified Operations Engine across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Growth/Marketing.

The role centralizes ownership of PMO, tooling (Salesforce/HubSpot), scheduling, bench management, governance, and process design to eliminate operational fragmentation and improve predictability, margin control, and cross-functional alignment

Salary:

PLN 18.000-24.800 (B2B+ Managerial Contract) + 20 paid days off; or

PLN 15,000-20.600 gross (Employment Contract).


Key responsibilities:

• Build and run the PMO (audits, delivery standards, risk reviews, EVM discipline).
• Own scheduling and bench management with daily visibility and capacity planning.
• Drive forecast accuracy, margin governance, and revenue leakage reduction.
• Design, roll out, and enforce SOPs across all departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations (legal, finance, talent, marketing).
• Own operational reporting and dashboards.
• Govern tooling, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Line-manage bench/scheduling and PMO roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Delivery Operations, Operations, or PMO.
• Strong ITIL-based operational experience.
• Proven cross-functional coordination (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Talent).
• Solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and gross margin management.
• Hands-on experience in process design and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tooling.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce or HubSpot certification.
• PMP / PMO / Lean Six Sigma.
• SQL or BI literacy.
