Delivery Operations Specialist

Gopuff is seeking to hire a Delivery Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in day-to-day management of our W2 driver program, driver employee management, and the experience differentiation of our W2 driver program. The Delivery Ops Specialist will work cross-functionally in tight coordination with Driver Growth, Driver Marketplace, W2 driver Site Leaders, HR, and Driver Support to ensure that we deliver appropriate staffing levels at our W2 driver locations; that W2 Driver onboarding is an efficient and frictionless process; and that W2 drivers have the appropriate employee experience they expect. This role is a key contributor to a great employee driver experience and delivering a great customer experience via W2 drivers. This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Philadelphia, PA HQ location Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during business hours. Responsibilities
  • Monitor the flow of W2 driver applicants, and troubleshoot their experience where possible, all the way through onboarding to first delivery.
  • Manage the rosters of our W2 driver locations, including ensuring sufficient capacity, removing inactive drivers, and ensuring that progressive discipline policies are followed and administered correctly.
  • Work collaboratively with HR/HRIS/IT to ensure technical integrations necessary to support the W2 driver program are working effectively, or to troubleshoot when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with W2 Site leaders to assist them in the management of their roster of W2 drivers.
  • Serve as the main POC to driver support for support inquiries related to W2 drivers specifically.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the W2 driver program, and propose strategies to drive additional efficiency, driver benefit, or business value.
  • Assist delivery ops leadership in additional required management of the W2 program.

    Qualifications
  • Business specialist certification, or administrative experience, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills and capabilities to learn about new software
  • Strong operations skills, with the ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and a great work ethic
  • Ability to work cooperatively with peers and other associates
  • Compensation
    • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.     • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.
    • Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
