Position summary
Reporting to the Director of Delivery Operations, the Delivery Operations Assistant will primarily be an executor, driving the internal optimization projects prioritized by leadership to completion. In this role you will provide a high level of administrative support to executives or senior management, facilitating efficient scheduling operations.
What you’ll do
Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support Nava’s delivery operations
Scheduling and calendar management, email prioritization, travel coordination, expense report management, executive event coordination, executive meeting support for the Delivery Team
Support process improvements for Nava's Delivery Organization
Organize and manage data gathered in client satisfaction interviews
Facilitate collection of project delivery data so Delivery leaders are able to conduct portfolio analysis and management
In coordination with People Operations, manage non-billable activities like training and practice building
Other duties as required
Required skills
Experience interfacing with executives and managing their schedules
Experience utilizing G-Suite (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs/Sheets, and Google Groups) or other scheduling software
Fluency with Mac
Understanding of how to gather the context required to make progress
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
Experience working in operations roles at a professional services organization
Experience supporting software delivery teams in an operational role
Experience planning and executing large initiatives and processes, inclusive of efficient process design and change management
Excellent written and real-time communication skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with others and communicate empathetically across many groups of people in a clear, concise manner
Ability to build and form strong relationships with both the internal team and external vendors and work harmoniously with others
An adaptive, proactive, empathetic, tenacious, and positive mindset
Highly organized, resourceful, reliable, and detail oriented approach
A critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
Desired skills
Experience working with state and federal government clients
Experience working cross-functionally with people operations/HR ,business operations teams, and program management
Experience with Google Suite, Atlassian suite, and other project management and resource management tools

Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired
