The Sauce team pools together decades of restaurant tech experience, along with seasoned tech, sales, marketing, product and operations executives who produce an industry-changing delivery system for successful local restaurants and chains.
This position is a full-time contract role and is fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in Latam.
What You'll Do:
Act as the go-to expert for delivery quality-related questions and delivery companies' performance tracking per territory
Analyze operational and delivery data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across dispatch, support, and customer success workflows
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, operational health, and delivery performance
Partner with cross-functional teams (Data, BI, Support, Customer Success, Dispatch) to define metrics and ensure consistent reporting
Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements to increase scalability and reduce friction
Support new initiatives, pilots, and internal tools by validating requirements, tracking outcomes, and reporting impact
Monitor data integrity and work closely with the dispatch team, conducting business analysis tasks to optimize configurations, settings, and delivery algorithm logic
Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation using data-driven insights
What You Bring:
Must Have:
1–3 years of experience in operations, delivery analytics, business analysis, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Proficient in SQL and Python
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Preferable Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), support tools, or workflow automation platforms
Familiarity with Databricks or modern data platforms
Experience in operations-heavy, customer-facing, or marketplace environments
Background in on-demand delivery or logistics
Exposure to Python and basic data modeling or analytics workflows
