We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This is a dual-focused role, combining a broad, strategic delivery and coaching function with the specific responsibility of managing new client launches or features on the Ten Platform. This position requires a servant-leadership mindset and a strong understanding of both agile and traditional project frameworks. The role involves leading and coaching teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions and projects. You will act as a key liaison between various business, product, and engineering teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement and transparent communication.
