Job Duties
- Drive delivery workflows for Infrastructure and Security teams by ensuring Jira boards are updated, dependencies are mapped, and documentation in Confluence remains current.
- Coordinate enterprise patch cycles end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines, maintenance windows, and progress are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Manage the vulnerability remediation pipeline—monitor aging items, confirm ownership, and ensure mitigation steps are documented.
- Facilitate blameless postmortems after incidents, capture clear action items, and ensure follow‑through.
- Provide timely, concise internal updates during active incidents, maintenance activities, or operational escalations.
- Recommend process improvements or automation opportunities to reduce manual overhead and improve overall delivery velocity.
Job Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of project coordination or technical program management experience within IT Operations, Infrastructure, or similar technical fields.
- Strong technical literacy across servers, patching, cloud environments, networking, and general operational workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project boards, documentation, and reporting.
- Exceptional organization skills with a detail‑driven, process‑first mindset.
- Ability to distill complex technical updates into clear, actionable communications for internal stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working in large or matrixed environments.
- Familiarity with IT change‑management frameworks.
- Experience using Smartsheet, Slack, or Google Workspace for operational tracking.
