The role is about:
We are developing a comprehensive financial platform combining payments, banking and card issuing capabilities. The product department owns the product vision and has product teams to drive it forward. We aim to serve various types of businesses across the globe like to empower them with financial services through one single platform and integration. A delivery manager plays a key role in the development of core product value with a main goal to support product teams in the domain through coordination with other domains, stakeholders and clients, help to resolve dependencies and keep everyone involved up-to-date.

Reports to : Delivery and Solutions Lead

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Collaborate with team leads and engineering managers to plan work, monitor progress, and help increase team efficiency and velocity.
  • Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain ownership of the domain roadmap and provide regular status updates.
  • Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a product expert and technical point of contact when coordinating development initiatives with third-party providers and customers.
  • Collaborate with other Delivery Managers on bigger domain initiatives.

What we need:

  • 3+ years in a Product Manager/Delivery Manager/Engineering Manager role working for a bank, fintech, financial software vendor or service provider.
  • Proven track record of implementing complex products inside the company and directly to customers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with one or more Agile Methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban etc.
  • Understanding the payments and banking industry is a great advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team and liaison between product and business teams.
  • Leadership skills and can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the Python programming language is a plus.
  • Technical skills and strong knowledge of HTTP and REST API.
  • Experience in ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Hiring Process
