Delivery Manager, Product & Strategy 

Reports To: Product & Strategy Leader

Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week, South Congress Ave. 

Overview 

Delivery Managers within the Product & Strategy organization play a critical role in driving executional excellence, cross-functional coordination, and delivery visibility. As individual contributors, they are the connective link between strategic direction and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that our most important initiatives move forward with clarity, discipline, and measurable results. 

Delivery Managers bring operational structure and proactive communication to every stage of delivery. They partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Operations to track progress, surface risks early, and enable leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Their work ensures that ambitious strategies translate into tangible outcomes that serve our customers, our teams, and our business.

Role Summary 

Supports the Product & Strategy organization by managing cross-functional delivery across high-priority initiatives. Responsible for tracking projects, maintaining delivery plans, managing risks, and ensuring seamless execution across functions from idea through launch. 

Scope & Strategic Focus (OLPIS-Aligned) 

  • Owns: End-to-end delivery tracking for strategic initiatives and key cross-functional projects.
  • Leads: Delivery reviews, risk identification, and mitigation planning for portfolio initiatives.
  • Partners: With Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure coordinated execution and delivery success.
  • Informed: Provides regular delivery updates, risk summaries, and progress reports to Product & Strategy leadership.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive execution excellence across product and cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Maintaindetailed delivery plans, milestones, and interdependency tracking for strategic projects. 
  • Identifyrisks early, develop mitigation plans, and communicate blockers proactively. 
  • Lead delivery reviews tomaintainvisibility with leadership and ensure teams remain aligned to roadmap priorities. 
  • Create andmaintainportfolio dashboards and delivery metrics for leadership reporting. 
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to ensure delivery predictability and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate go-to-market readiness and post-launch retrospectives to ensure lessons learned inform future execution.

Strategic & Financial Accountability 

  • Supports the Product & Strategy Leader with portfolio-level tracking and risk reporting.
  • Contributes to the preparation of delivery summaries and business case KPI updates for leadership and ELT review.
  • Aligns project progress with businessobjectivesand ensures measurable outcomes for each initiative. 

Customer & Market Engagement 

  • Collaborates with customer-facing teams to ensure delivery outcomes align with customer expectations and commitments.
  • Ensures delivery transparency through clear communication, progress updates, and risk mitigation strategies.

Leadership & Team Development 

  • Models proactive ownership, accountability, and professionalism across all interactions.
  • Promotes clear communication and collaboration between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners.
  • Encourages continuous improvement in delivery practices and operational processes.

Key Metrics / Success Measures 

  • On-time and on-scope delivery rate for strategic initiatives.
  • Reduction indeliveryrisk incidents and improved predictability. 
  • Quality of cross-functional coordination and leadership satisfaction with visibility.
  • Post-launch success and measurable impact of delivered initiatives.

Standout Skills 

  • Strong project or delivery management background in SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with precision and clarity.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools, data visualization, and reporting platforms to enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstratedexamples of prior AI-based improvements, efficiency gains, or decision support contributions.
  • Works well with Agentic AI, ChatGPT, Fathom, AHA, Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, SalesForce, Smartsheet, and other ideation and delivery tools.
