We’re hiring a Delivery Manager who leads from the front.
This is not a sit-back management role. You will run your own recruiting desk while leading and driving performance for a team of 10 recruiters.
Production and leadership go hand in hand here.
Requirements
✔ Proven recruiting biller (technical/engineering preferred)
✔ Comfortable holding others accountable
✔ Competitive and performance-driven
✔ Strong communicator with executive presence
✔ Believes recruiting is consulting — not résumé forwarding
✔ Thrives in an on-site, high-performance environment
