Delivery Manager - Cloudflare Projects

Location: Dubai (preferred) or Remote in Jordan, Lebanon, or Egypt, Morocco (with occasional travel to UAE)

🎯 Role Summary 

Brixio is scaling its Cloudflare Professional Services operations across the MENAT region and Europe. We're looking for a Delivery Manager to own the successful delivery of Cloudflare-related client projects—onboarding, migrations, and complex network service rollouts. 

This is not a junior PM role. You will run 15–20 parallel client projects, structure delivery processes, coordinate technical teams across multiple countries, and drive client satisfaction from kickoff to sign-off. 

🧩 What You’ll Do 

• Lead and coordinate Professional Services projects (Cloudflare onboarding, DNS, ZTNA, WAF, etc.) 

• Own the entire delivery lifecycle: scope, timeline, risk, budget, and handover to MSP team 

• Act as the main point of contact for clients—technical teams, security leads, and PMOs 

• Collaborate with Sales and SEs to translate signed SOWs into actionable delivery plans 

• Drive internal delivery across geographies (UAE, PH, France, etc.) 

• Manage delivery timelines, resources, project Jira boards, and internal documentation 

• Contribute to building project delivery playbooks, templates, handoff protocols, and QA gates 

• Identify delivery risks early and proactively resolve issues 

Requirements

✅ Who You Are 

• 7–10 years of project or delivery management experience in IT, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity 

• Strong communicator in English and Arabic. French is a plus.  

• Background in managing multi-client, multi-country projects 

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, proxies, firewalls, etc.) 

• Hands-on with project tools: Jira, Confluence, Gantt, reporting dashboards 

• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL v4 (must have or be willing to get certified) 

• Known for being structured, pragmatic, and calm under pressure 

• Comfortable leading projects with minimal supervision, aligning with C-level and technical stakeholders 

• Proactive. Service Oriented.  

⚙️ Bonus Points If You Have 

• Experience delivering or managing Cloudflare projects (WAF, Zero Trust, CDN) 

• Experience in an MSSP, SI, or regional telco in delivery or technical project roles 

• Background in client delivery for network or security infrastructure projects 

• Exposure to working with distributed teams and cross-cultural environments
