Mission

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead complex banking engagements end-to-end — ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.

This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Lead multi-month, cross-functional delivery engagements for banking clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and building trust.
  • Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across distributed teams.
  • Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow accounts.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.



You're very likely to succeed if you have

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex delivery projects, ideally in banking, financial services, or BPM environments.
  • A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, preferably with banking or enterprise clients.
  • Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process through ambiguity.
  • An Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
