What You’ll Do
Service Delivery
- Oversee and support delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations
- Foster continuous improvement and adherence to delivery best practices
Team Leadership & Development
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding
- Provide mentorship and career development support
- Promote a healthy, engaged, and productive team culture
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Serve as point of contact for delivery questions or escalations
- Ensure client satisfaction via proactive communication and issue resolution
Operational Support
- Use internal tools to monitor progress, control costs, and report on KPIs
- Align team activities with business and project objectives
Business Support
- Contribute delivery estimates and context during the proposal phase
- Participate in planning and growth discussions as part of a collaborative leadership team
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote and distributed delivery teams
- Strong background in project/program management, including digital transformation and AI initiatives
- Experience in KPI tracking, operational reporting, and cost control
- Exposure to pre-sales, client engagement, and proposal development
- Familiarity with financial systems, platforms, or market infrastructure (a plus)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team growth
- Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and client focus
