As a Delivery Data Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client success, working on diverse projects that challenge your analytical skills and expand your expertise in financial data management. Your key responsibilities as a Delivery Data Manager will include:

• Managing the ingestion, validation, and reconciliation of fund data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Handling projects independently while collaborating with colleagues across FE fundinfo offices.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through email, video conferences, and chats to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Resolving complex data queries by developing innovative solutions and prioritizing issues based on urgency.
• Partnering with clients to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Coordinating with internal teams to provide integrated data solutions that meet client expectations.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Delivery Data Manager:

• You must have minimum 2 years of experience in data management.
• You will have strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook to manage and validate client data.
• You should possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
• You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges.
• You should have a basic understanding of mutual funds and the broader financial services industry
