We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage our development team, prioritize tasks, ensure timely feature delivery, and optimize project management processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management & Delivery: Oversee the development team across feature development and support activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly feature delivery. Collaborate with BAs and Client Services to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Reporting & Communication: Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Regularly enhance project management processes, implement effective tools, and run retrospectives to drive team efficiency.
• Client Support: Manage ongoing support and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring quick issue resolution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, particularly in software development. Experience as a BA, QA, or developer is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Language: Fluent in English.
