This is an IC role where you will own design for a set of core product areas used by franchise owners, managers, and team members.
Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by leading user research and tracking data.
Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing.
Write product copy.
Help develop and maintain the design components system.
Help with setting up new design processes, initiatives, and mentoring other designers
Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
A portfolio with real world examples of shipped work and design outcomes.
A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to understand, reason through, and challenge the business and product thinking behind the designs.
Comfortable and quick with Figma and curious about emerging tools. Nice to have: comfortable with vibe coding.
Strong English communication skills.
