About the Role
We’re looking for a Delegation Coach to work directly with clients and their virtual assistants, ensuring smooth task delegation, effective workload management, and long-term partnership success. This role supports approximately 15–20 active accounts, focusing on establishing clarity in role scope, improving fit and performance early in the engagement, and driving measurable outcomes through better delegation habits and workflow structure.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in coaching, client success, or virtual assistant management.
- Strong understanding of delegation workflows, productivity systems, and client–assistant dynamics.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Confident facilitator who can manage sessions with business owners, executives, and remote teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello).
- Background in operations, training, or executive assistance is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Department: Customer Success Enablement
Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 45,000–55,000/month (based on experience and performance)
