The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Debt Recovery Assistant to join our fast-growing Disputes and Litigation practice group. As part of a collaborative team and reporting to a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of debt recovery matters. This flexible role can be a hybrid working opportunity with a mix of in-office and remote work, or a fully remote position.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, manage a range of legal matters concurrently, and confidently communicate directly with clients. They should be confident with the debt recovery and enforcement processes and rules of the NSW Courts and the Federal Court. Experience in other jurisdictions will be highly regarded.

This opportunity is perfect for a career paralegal or legal assistant seeking to join a dynamic, fast-paced practice where there is ample room for growth, learning, and development. This position is not suitable for university students looking for part time or casual work.
