About the role

We are expanding our dealing operations in Cyprus to support global trading activities. As a Dealing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing trades, monitoring market activity, and managing client order flows. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of financial markets, risk management, and dealing practices within an international brokerage environment.

Job Description
· Monitor global market movements and respond to trading events in real-time.
· Execute trades and manage exposures across multiple asset classes.
· Prepare daily reports including positions, exposures, and profitability metrics.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
· Assist in identifying and escalating abnormal trading behaviour.
· Work closely with other dealing desks in Australia, Malaysia, and Mauritius to coordinate risk management.
· Participate in projects aimed at improving dealing workflows and market monitoring tools.
· Continuously expand knowledge of financial products and trading systems.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, mathematics, economics, IT discipline
• 1+ years in relevant work experience preferable
• Having past trading experience or market exposure will be an advantage, but not essential
• An interest in the financial market
• Good technical skills in Python or coding knowledge will be an advantage, but not essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
