Lucid Software is looking for a smart, motivated, and organized Deal Desk OR Revenue Operations Intern to join the Revenue Operations team. This role will work directly with our Lucid sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and opportunities in our CRM and billing system.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for the sales team in the "quote-to-billing" process, ensuring accuracy and correctness in all transactions.
- Work closely with the Deal Strategy and Audit teams to ensure compliance with published sales Rules of Engagement, compensation plans, and finance principles.
- Review and approve quotes and contracts for accuracy and completeness within Salesforce (CRM).
- Develop a broad understanding of Lucid’s business rules and licensing models to help maintain and update contract data.
- Provide suggestions on process improvements to current order workflows or audit reports to improve the sales representative experience, reduce error rates, and increase revenue retention.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency in finance metrics.
- Drive additional research and provide context on assigned tasks or complex deal structures to help guide solutions for the broader Deal Strategy team.

- 0-1 years CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
