Role Summary:

The Deal Desk & Ops Manager will serve as a trusted partner to our Sales, Finance, and Legal teams, optimizing how Notable prices, scopes, and closes complex deals. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, pricing optimization, and operational excellence as we scale our enterprise business.

You'll own the end-to-end deal lifecycle — from pricing strategy to contract design — ensuring deals are structured for both customer success and business profitability. Additionally, you'll partner closely with our Partnerships team to provide analytical support and insights that drive sales performance and forecasting accuracy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do:

Deal Desk Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from pricing strategy to contract design, ensuring deals are structured for customer success and business profitability

  • Lead the transition from fixed-fee contracts to usage-based pricing models, collaborating closely with Product, Finance, and Marketing

  • Streamline deal approvals and escalation processes to accelerate sales velocity and reduce friction across the contracting lifecycle

  • Review and design non-standard contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition (ASC 606) and compliance with company policies

  • Maintain accurate ARR reporting and deal data tracking, ensuring smooth handoff to Finance and RevOps teams

  • Manage and improve internal pricing and quoting systems; experience with usage tracking platforms (M3ter, Orb, or similar) a plus

  • Develop and deliver training to Sales teams on deal desk policies, usage-based pricing, and contracting best practices

  • Build scalable processes and workflows to support the growing complexity and volume of deals as the business expands

Sales Operations Partnership & Analytics:

  • Partner with the Partnerships team to provide data-driven insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, and sales performance

  • Support sales forecasting efforts by contributing analytical modeling, scenario planning, and data integrity checks

  • Collaborate on territory planning and capacity analysis, providing financial modeling and recommendations to optimize resource allocation

  • Contribute to compensation plan design by analyzing payout scenarios, performance metrics, and incentive structures

  • Support CRM data quality initiatives that impact deal flow, reporting accuracy, and sales efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment and operational excellence in every deal

  • Partner with Finance on deal pricing, revenue recognition, and headcount budgeting

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team on GTM analytics and strategic sales initiatives

  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and market trends

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Finance roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companies

  • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams on pricing, deal structure, and contract negotiation

  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including ARR, renewals, and usage-based pricing

  • Expertise in data analysis and modeling using Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Strong collaboration skills — you know how to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to find win-win solutions

  • Experience managing CRM and quoting processes in fast-paced sales environments

  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience leading the transition from fixed to usage-based pricing in a SaaS environment

  • Familiarity with usage tracking systems (e.g., M3ter, Orb, Zuora)

  • Background in healthcare or enterprise B2B SaaS

  • Comfort working with large enterprise deal structures and multi-year agreements

  • Experience supporting sales forecasting, territory planning, or compensation analysis

  • Exposure to sales operations functions and GTM analytics

  • People management experience or interest in mentoring and developing team members
