  • We’re looking for a hands-on Deal Desk professional to accelerate policy-aligned deal execution and serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and key stakeholders. You will resolve complex pricing and deal-structure questions with urgency and confidence, and continuously improve processes to help deals close faster and cleaner. 
  • Working hours:
  • 11:00pm–7:00am IST (non-negotiable) to support US Pacific Coast business hours (9:30am–5:30pm PT). Month-end and quarter-end periods may require extended hours and occasional weekend support, as needed to meet business demands.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Deal Desk process end-to-end, including request intake, pricing support, approvals, contract creation support, and follow-ups required to advance opportunities. 
  • Modify and manage quotes and order forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bookings policies. 
  • Lead the day-to-day deal approval process in Salesforce, including managing SLAs, tracking requests, and routing approvals to unblock deals. 
  • Manage deal exceptions and escalations end-to-end, coordinating rapid internal alignment on non-standard requests while protecting commercial guardrails and future ARR.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Professional Services to ensure smooth deal execution and consistent internal alignment. 
  • Partner with Sales to develop deal strategies and winning negotiation positions, structuring commercial terms that accelerate close velocity while protecting long-term renewal and expansion ARR. 
  • Communicate deal value through clear, detailed proposals and stakeholder updates to support timely decision-making. 
  • Align to assigned territories and attend forecast calls to support pipeline execution and deal progression. 
  • Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in deal execution; recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 12–18 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Sales, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment. 
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS Deal Desk or Revenue Operations environment, including quote and order management and approval workflows. 
  • Responsive and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple concurrent deal requests while maintaining accuracy under deadline pressure. 
  • Salesforce experience required, including managing request intake and tracking. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage agreements with clarity and urgency. 
  • Demonstrated flexibility to take on varied responsibilities and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and refine processes.
