Job Title: Deal Desk and Contract Administrator
About Us:
Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We strive to push the boundaries of what a user can expect from healthcare software.
The Deal Desk & Contract Administrator is a role responsible for accelerating the closure of complex sales deals while ensuring financial integrity and contract compliance. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Go To Market team and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, and Leadership) to structure, price, and execute customer contracts and non-standard agreements efficiently.
Why work for Prompt?
BIG Challenges: Here at Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued the healthcare industry since the dawn of time.
Talented People: Prompt didn't happen by chance, it's a team of incredibly talented and proven individuals who all made their mark before joining forces to build the greatest software on the planet for rehab therapists.
Healthy Approach: This isn't an investment bank, we work long hours when it's needed, but at Prompt you own your workload and the entire organization takes a liking to smart work (over hard work).
Positive Impact: Prompt helps outpatient rehab organizations treat more patients and deliver better care with less environmental waste. That means less surgery and less narcotic-based pain treatment, all while turning a paper-heavy industry digital. We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)
Responsibilities:
A. Deal Desk & Pricing Strategy (Acceleration)
Deal Governance: Serve as the central point of contact for the Go To Market teams on all customer contract types, non-standard pricing contracts, product configurations, and custom deal structures reducing deal cycle time.

Profitability Review: Analyze deal margins, discount levels, and custom terms to ensure profitability and adherence to established pricing floors.

Document Management: Partner with the Legal team in managing the contract lifecycle within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring proper version control and repository hygiene.
Execution and Circulation: Facilitate the final signing process through the CLM, track execution, and ensure fully executed copies are distributed to all relevant internal and external parties.
Audit Readiness: Maintain a clean, searchable, and organized digital archive of all executed contracts and associated approvals for future auditing purposes.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with zero tolerance for errors in legal or financial documentation.
