We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to champion our exceptional design services. This is a unique opportunity to be the bridge between our creative team and the market. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our Digital Design department by identifying new business opportunities, fostering valuable relationships, and showcasing the impact of our design work to a broader audience.
Position – how you’ll contribute
We are looking for a proactive and personable individual with a proven track record in business development, specifically within the creative industries. The ideal candidate will be:
- Design-savvy: you possess experience and a strong understanding of the digital design landscape, including UX&UI principles and processes
- A natural networker: you are an outgoing professional who excels at building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and industry partners
- A skilled communicator: you have exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (C1 level or equivalent) being essential
- Results-oriented: you are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to acquire new clients and meet commercial targets
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote our design services. Act as the primary advocate for our Digital DesignTeam, effectively communicating our value proposition to the external market
- Represent our Digital Design Team at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to build our network and raise our profile
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with clients who can benefit from our design expertise
- Participate in client discovery calls and offer presentations, both online and in person
- Develop and manage targeted sales and marketing campaigns from conception to completion to generate new leads
- Cultivate a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain excellent long-term relationships
Expectations – the experience you need
- Experience in the Digital Design field, proven by a strong design portfolio
- Demonstrable experience in a sales, partnerships, or business development role, ideally within a creative agency, software house, or tech company
- You possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with full professional proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent)
Additional skills – the edge you have
- Hands-on experience creating and running successful sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, particularly through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, targeted outreach, content marketing)
- Experience representing a brand at industry events and conferences and can effortlessly build a strong professional network
