Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a DDI Architect with deep subject matter expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies. This role focuses on the design, deployment, upgrade, and operationalization of large scale DDI infrastructure across complex enterprise environments, ensuring scalable, reliable, and consumable services for internal stakeholders while managing risk, governance, and cross functional collaboration.

What you will do:

  • Plan, implement, and support large scale DDI infrastructure projects including physical and logical upgrades, migrations, and product changes.
  • Design, deploy, and operationalize DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure across new and existing environments.
  • Assess risks, identify downstream service impacts, and define mitigation strategies for infrastructure changes.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, geographies, and functions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Apply project management methodologies, governance, and documentation practices to infrastructure implementations.
  • Provide expert engineering support across DDI platforms including Cygna VitalQIP, AMS and AMM, EfficientIP, Infoblox, and F5 BIG IP DNS.
  • Support network protocol configurations and troubleshooting across TCP IP, UDP, and DNS.
  • Contribute to automation and scripting initiatives where applicable.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and use JIRA for tracking and collaboration.
  • Extensive experience as a DDI subject matter expert across DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies.
  • Proven experience delivering large scale DDI infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
  • Expert level knowledge of Cygna VitalQIP, AMS and AMM, EfficientIP, Infoblox, and F5 BIG IP DNS.
  • Strong understanding of TCP IP, UDP, and DNS protocols.
  • Solid risk assessment and infrastructure impact analysis skills.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies, tooling, and governance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across distributed global teams.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting languages such as shell, Ansible, VBA, Python, JavaScript, JSON, and API integrations is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using JIRA is beneficial.
