Job Summary

As the Due Diligence Analyst – Quality Assurance, you will be responsible to evaluate Third-Party risk based on completed due diligence research and risk assessment exercises. Candidates of this role will assist with Third-Party risk assessment and monitoring, due diligence research and providing client support, working closely with the operations, sales and research management functions.


The candidate will be responsible for producing and reviewing high quality due diligence content for clients of various sectors.

  • Someone who is happy to suggest enhancements to our existing processes (ie templates, wiki, disclaimers, etc) when better solutions are identified
  • Someone who is happy to share their ideas about research in ways that will help other team members, and ultimately enhance our overall processes, our reports and the way we work


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline, at least 1-2 years of direct experience
  • Previous work experience in compliance and due diligence; preferably including reviewing work performed by others
  • Strong research, analytical background desired
  • Able to convey careful analytical judgment and complex information in a concise, impartial and accessible manner to clients
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Highly organised with significant attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand, accept and apply constructive feedback
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues



What Else Do You Need To Know

This role sits within the QA team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager - QA. The team-member will work alongside the Director of Quality Assurance, the Research & Remediation team, and cross-functional teams across Singapore, Malaysia, the US, and the UK.
