We are looking for a skilled Database and Application specialist to join our IT team, with the option to work hybrid in Warsaw/Remote Poland or remotely from within Metro Manila.

In this role, you will be the architect of our internal efficiency, designing robust SQL solutions and automating workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and PowerShell.

You will bridge the gap between systems, creating custom Power Apps and delivering permanent technical fixes that keep our infrastructure running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining solutions using SQL databases 
  • Building and maintaining Power Automate flows and Logic Apps to automate internal processes, integrations between systems and notifications for internal customers. 
  • Creating and supporting Power Apps used by internal teams 
  • Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks 
  • Taking ownership of technical issues within these platforms, performing root-cause analysis and delivering permanent fixes rather than temporary workarounds. 
  • Cooperating with other internal teams to integrate SQL, Power Platform, Logic Apps and PowerShell-based automations with existing systems and infrastructure. 
  • Keeping network and system configuration and documentation up to date. 
  • Analysing problems and identify solutions.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology products. 
  • API development and tooling experience, integrating different systems.  

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of IT background in a similar position. 
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) written and verbal. 
  • SQL development, and database experience (SQL Server administration, query optimization). 
  • PowerShell scripting (automation for infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft cloud services). 
  • Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power). 
  • Azure DevOps 
  • Azure services used for automation (Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Automation account, Function etc.) 
  • Knowledge in the following areas is a plus: 
  • Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Windows 11. 
  • Network technology (switching, routing, IP networks, VLANs). 
  • Understanding of Active Directory (Group Policies, User management, etc.).
