The Role: We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Data & Analytics Lead to join the team!  You will be responsible for leading Showpo’s digital data ecosystem, ensuring we have accurate, timely and actionable insights that drive growth, product development, and customer experience. Sound interesting? Read on! Day to day, you will:
  • Develop and deliver Showpo’s analytics roadmap across web, product and digital marketing performance.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of a robust digital data architecture, including tagging, tracking, dashboards and reporting.
  • Champion data governance, ensuring data accuracy, privacy compliance, and high-quality insights.
  • Own end-to-end web analytics setup (GA4, GTM, BigQuery or similar, dashboarding tools).
  • Analyse on-site behaviour and user journeys to identify friction points and optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead experimentation and CRO frameworks, including A/B test design, implementation, analysis and recommendations.
  • Full ownership and GTM and governance of online tags 
  • Fixing/updating tags related to ensure digital data integrity 
  • Develop and refine attribution models to provide clarity on campaign and channel performance.
  • Support Marketing with forecasting, spend efficiency modelling, incrementality testing and performance deep dives.
  • Build automated dashboards and reports for business-critical KPIs across acquisition, retention, product and revenue performance.
  • Act as the analytics subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders.
  • Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years experience in web analytics, data analytics, digital product analytics, or similar roles.
  • Advanced experience with GA4, GTM, BigQuery (or similar), SQL, and dashboarding tools.
  • Strong understanding of tag management & data layer
  • Strong JavaScript and HTML skills required to implement and deploy web tags (must have)
  • Experience leading platform and analytics migrations (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify), including re-tagging, data validation, and historical data reconciliation. (must have)
