As our (Commercial) Data Specialist, you’ll be part of the global data team, operating as the single point of contact for the commercial teams in our hub and spoke setup. You own our commercial B2B data landscape, ensuring our sales and partner success teams can drive focused action based on a wealth of global performance data. You’ll be the first to detect shifts in demand, spot volume and revenue opportunities, and proactively recommend actions based on your analyses. You’ll collaborate closely with our international teams, helping to drive strategic decisions through clear, compelling visualizations (PowerBI) and automated solutions.

Your day-to-day will include analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, automating processes to enhance efficiency, and creating impactful Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs and business performance metrics. Your work will directly influence our growth and commercial strategies, empowering stakeholders to act swiftly and decisively.

What will you do?

  • Analyze extensive datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and commercial insights

  • Proactively spot market opportunities and anticipate changes in sales and demand

  • Automate existing processes either independently or alongside our data engineers

  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and interactive Power BI dashboards

  • Work collaboratively with your (commercial) stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable insights

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales performance

  • Stay informed on industry analytics trends and innovative AI practices
