Founded in 2015 in Huntington, Indiana, and headquartered in Indianapolis, we remain committed to helping partners improve profitability and sustainability while building a legacy for generations to come.    How you will help us grow:   ·       Support Precision Agronomist data operations in Advanced Agrilytics’ proprietary software platform  ·       Prioritize and schedule help requests; escalate requests, when necessary, to the appropriate specialist/technician  ·       Evaluate documented resolutions for trends to prevent future problems  ·       Utilize GIS for analysis, query and visualization of spatial data  ·       Other duties as assigned    Experience you bring: ·       Two or four-year degree in an agricultural-related field (e.g., agronomy, soils, precision ag), geographic information systems (GIS), computer science or related field  ·       Basic knowledge of GIS software (Esri ArcGIS or open source alternatives) ·       Experience with major digital ag platforms and their associated data (Precision Planting, John Deere, Case IH, Ag Leader)  ·       Use of Ag Leader SMS software for data conversion and processing  ·       Working knowledge of different data types; including non-spatial and spatial formats, as well as data that are collected/output from digital ag equipment manufacturers and their cloud-based data warehouses    Preferred skills you bring: ·       Understanding of GIS software and data conversion practices involving off-the-shelf and in-house software tools  ·       Taking an analytical approach to independent problem-solving ·       Strong customer orientation ·       Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and asking constructive questions ·       Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate knowledge transfer at varying levels of technical complexity ·       Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure    What our culture brings:  ·       Competitive compensation     ·       Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance   ·       401(k) Plan with company match   ·       Flexible Time Off   ·       Collaborative, autonomous work culture where each person makes a difference!
