About the Role We are seeking a Data Scientist to help transform data into actionable insights that inform product, operational, and business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that create measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on technical skills, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organization, contributing to experimentation, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

Build and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning models

Design experiments and evaluate results to support business decisions

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs

Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations

Create documentation and visualizations to communicate results effectively

Continuously improve data models, methodologies, and workflows

Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics roles

Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling

Experience working with SQL and relational databases

Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

Background in startup or fast-paced environments
