About the Role We are seeking a Data Scientist to help transform data into actionable insights that inform product, operational, and business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that create measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on technical skills, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organization, contributing to experimentation, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Build and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning models
  • Design experiments and evaluate results to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs
  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations
  • Create documentation and visualizations to communicate results effectively
  • Continuously improve data models, methodologies, and workflows
  • Must-Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
