Must-have Skills:

• Design, build, and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Develop scalable data workflows leveraging Delta Lake, Spark Structured Streaming, and distributed compute environments.
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, feature store integration, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Deploy machine learning models to production using Azure ML, AKS, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Optimize compute costs, performance, and reliability across cloud-native architectures in Azure.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software development, and DevOps teams to standardize ML infrastructure and deployment patterns.
• Ensure reproducibility and automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows.
• Apply ML lifecycle governance, observability, and responsible AI standards across projects.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
