Responsibilities

• Data-driven insights. Help identify new products and opportunities for the company in diverse domains.  
• Develop Machine Learning models. Define requirements & combine data from a wide set of sources to develop ML/DL models that will automate and speed up our business’ processes.
• End to end model management. Conduct in depth research, POC, write production-grade code and implement it (all the way to production) using our MLOps Infra to solve a diversity of business problems

Professional Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in the industry - Must
• Proven experience with LLMS 
• Proven experience gathering, sampling, and wrangling data based on business use cases and logic 
• Production-grade Python code proficiency (must) - hands-on experience writing Python that has run in production environments
• End-to-end ownership - able to move from research to POC and, when validated, deliver production-quality solutions
• Academic degree in STEM (Statistics/CS - advantage)
• Experience with LLM fine tuning 
• Experience with NLP and other traditional ML models- advantage 
• Background in Cyber / Risk / Insurance - advantage
