Who You’ll Work With

    Arista is excited to scale the WiFi  Team in the Pune Development Center to take it’s Cognitive WiFi solution to the next level.  Arista has ambitious plans to grow the Pune-based Development Center in the next couple of years and now is a great time to join the team  when you can have a significant impact on the shape and direction as the office grows.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with the Cognitive WiFi team to research and develop techniques for anomaly detection, root cause analysis and auto remediation.
    • Develop ML models and measure their effectiveness across all of Arista’s customers.
    • Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications such as natural language understanding, generation, summarization, and question-answering.
    • Work on extracting and analyzing data from a wide variety of Wi-Fi networks.
    • Develop proof of concepts and ship new features in Arista’s CloudVision Wi-Fi solution.
    • Possibly share the findings with a larger community through talks and blog posts.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI technologies.
    • Knowledge of Python or R and SQL.
    • Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture understanding, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment
    • Knowledge of Pandas (Python) or Tidyverse (R) libraries.
    • Experience in using Jupyter or RStudio/RMarkdown notebooks.
