Data Scientist -AI/ML

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our international AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing artificial intelligence solutions that deliver real impact for our clients and must have a strong focus on hands-on development of end-to-end AI solutions and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, taking full ownership of projects.
• Lead the implementation of RAG-oriented architectures, integrating language models with external data sources for accurate and up-to-date results.
• Build production-level ML/AI systems following best software engineering and MLOps practices.
• Implement automated deployment, monitoring, scaling, and optimization of AI models and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced data analysis, including cleaning, variable transformation, and feature engineering.
• Develop, train, optimize, tune, parallelize, test, and deploy ML/AI models in production environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• Extensive hands-on experience with RAG architectures and frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, AI Search) or equivalent cloud services, and frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure design and deployment, Terraform for infrastructure as code, private endpoints configuration and management, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, and integration services.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Preferred experience in Java, Python or .NET also acceptable.
• Strong software development and engineering practices are highly valued.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure and Azure Cloud.
