We are looking for a Data Research & Insights Intern to join our dynamic team in Italy. This internship offers hands-on experience in leveraging data to generate actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize marketing and communication campaigns.

Job Description
Data Analysis & Insights
Assist in analyzing large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights
Support campaign performance analysis by identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Help develop and maintain performance benchmarks and competitive comparisons
Contribute to data visualization and dashboard creation
Social Listening & Market Research
Support social listening initiatives using tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, or similar platforms
Monitor consumer conversations, market trends, and competitor activity
Assist in preparing trend reports and market research presentations
Stay up to date with industry developments, digital marketing trends, and emerging platforms
Reporting & Collaboration
Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly performance reports
Support cross-functional teams with research and data insights
Contribute to recommendations for content strategy, campaign messaging, and optimization
Help prepare presentations for internal teams and clients
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with data
Curiosity and proactive learning mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is a plus
Interest in digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior
Italian: Fluent (written and spoken)
English: Full working proficiency (written and spoken)
Basic experience with social listening or analytics tools
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and social media platforms
Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides for reporting

Location: Italy (Hybrid/On-site depending on company policy)
