Data Research Consultant - Greece

Job Title: Data Research Consultant (Contract) Location: Athens, Greece We are currently in the discovery phase of a new project and are seeking a Data Research Consultant based in Athens, Greece, to support the development of a framework for identifying landowners. This role combines both digital research and field-based investigation, which may include engagement with governmental institutions, legal professionals, and other stakeholders. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for data and problem-solving, who can contribute meaningfully to the shaping of our research approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on navigating land ownership processes and relevant local regulations. Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information. Assist in scaling and structuring data to inform strategic decisions. Support broader research objectives with flexibility and initiative. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience with property, legal, or government data research is advantageous. Familiarity with GIS tools or systems is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English. Ability to conduct face-to-face engagements with professionals in the field. Contract Details: This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
