Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based real-estate lending company working to modernize its data ecosystem. The organization currently leverages Snowflake as its data lake and Tableau for analytics and reporting, with large volumes of operational, financial, and product data flowing across multiple systems and vendor tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering with a reporting focus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboarding, modeling) and Snowflake (SQL, transformations).
• Excellent communication skills in English, especially with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable data solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards and operational reports.
• Write and optimize complex Snowflake SQL queries and data models.
• Evaluate and improve Snowflake data architecture for discoverability and scalability.
• Collaborate daily with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate quickly.
• Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and cross-system misalignments.
• Partner with architecture and engineering to refine schemas, documentation, and governance.

Bonus Points

• Experience redesigning or optimizing data lake architectures.
• Background in financial services, lending, or high-volume operations.
• Experience with AI/NLP-driven reporting or automation.
