Data Product Manager

AI overview

Lead the Marketplace data product strategy at Treatwell, optimizing business impact through data usability, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative product roadmaps.

Data Product Manager

At Treatwell, data is at the heart of everything we do. It powers smarter decisions, sharper strategies, and seamless experiences for our partners and consumers across all markets.

As the Data Product Manager (Marketplace), you will lead by identifying the highest-value data opportunities, clearly defining the problem space and expected outcomes, and prioritising initiatives to maximise business impact. You will own the Marketplace data product roadmap and delivery, ensuring our data products are reliable, usable, and aligned with Treatwell’s Data Vision and business OKRs.

This highly collaborative role sits at the intersection of business, product, and data engineering. You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, enabling clarity, focus, and continuous value delivery by turning data into a first-class product.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Shape and own the Marketplace Data Product Strategy, aligned with Treatwell’s Data Vision and business OKRs.
  • Maintain a rolling, outcome-driven roadmap, continuously prioritised based on value, impact, effort, and new insights.
  • Run continuous discovery through regular stakeholder interviews, usage analysis, and feedback loops to ensure initiatives are clearly framed around business problems, expected benefits, and measurable outcomes.
  • Improve data usability by standardising metrics, business rules, and definitions, reducing ambiguity and establishing a single source of truth.
  • Identify gaps where data products can unlock business value while promoting and expanding self-service analytics, removing blockers, and reducing reliance on ad-hoc analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers and Analysts during refinement and delivery phases to ensure agreed outcomes are met.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently, always providing context about the problem, and added value—not just task updates. Encourage and support showcases and presentations to demonstrate the impact of Marketplace data products across the business.
  • Validate ideas early through experimentation, proofs of concept, and collaboration with Product counterparts.
