Support enterprise data initiatives through designing and maintaining scalable data solutions and pipelines, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals with strong, hands-on expertise in Data Products, Data Engineering, or Data Management to support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have practical experience designing, building, and managing scalable data solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products.
  • Build and optimize data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
  • Implement robust data management practices including data governance, quality, lineage, and metadata management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable and high-performance data solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Support cloud-based data environments and modern data platforms.
  • Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data systems.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Product development, or Data Management.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and modern data architecture principles.
  • Exposure to BI/analytics tools.
