Data Processing Executive ( Mortgage)

We are Infrrd - the Enterprise AI company that uses AI and Machine Learning technologies to help our customer automate human tasks. We are looking for Data Processing Executive who will help with data annotation and correction of Mortgage documents to support our growing clientele. This role will be responsible for classifying and becoming a subject matter expert on our data.
You may want to know what background we would like our Data Processing executive to have. We have made a list, here it is:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical skills (MS Excel, Google Apps Suite; sheets, docs, slides etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and has basic ability to comfortably operate a computer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Flexible working in night shift
- You must have a stable internet connection
Your responsibilities would include:
- Process customer information, transactions and updates.
- Ability to identity and previously worked on Mortgage documents
- Input collected data into company systems.
- Generate reports as required by the department in accordance with outlined standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources.
- Work collaboratively with others in the department.
- Meet productivity metrics as assigned by the department.
Job Type: Contract to hire for 1 year, the same can be extended further based on business requirement
