Your new job 

We’re looking for a Data Privacy Specialist who loves to learn new things and develop but never wants to be fully grown. In the coming years, we’re setting the stage for becoming even more automated with our system landscape, and Data Privacy is a big thing. Your main mission? To focus on developments across our whole organization and bring in all necessary privacy needs. You’ll report to the Information Security & Data Privacy Manager. But the real magic? Your work will touch homes and hearts across the globe. Here’s what a typical day could look like: 

  • Collaborating with teams across the business to integrate privacy requirements into new projects and systems. 

  • Reviewing and advising data processing activities to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations. 

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for colleagues on privacy-related questions and best practices. 

  • Joining network projects across the business and working with all our entities to further advance compliance.

What we’d like you to bring to the table 

As a Data Privacy Specialist, we would like you to have:  

  • Hands-on experience with governance, risk, and compliance, along with the ability to inspire and mobilize people toward clearly defined objectives. 

  • Experience in Data privacy assessments like ROPA, DPIA, DPA but also give trainings and work on regular audits to ensure compliance across all our business areas. 

  • Analytical mindset for reviewing processes and identifying risks. 

  • Attention to detail when handling sensitive data and documentation.  

  • Good communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain privacy concepts simply. 

  • Team player attitude - comfortable working cross-functional and supporting projects.  

  • CIPP/E certification - (Certified Information Privacy Professional)  

  • Fluent in English 

It’s a plus if you also have: 

  • A background in Legal or compliance-related fields 

  • Additional CIPP certifications beyond the core requirement
