Data Modeler

ProArch is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Modeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating data models that effectively support business processes and analytics needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, architects, and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Your expertise will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and optimal performance of our data infrastructures.

Requirements

• AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL, Erwin, AWS SCT, AWS Glue
• Proven experience as a Data Modeler with a strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience in both relational and dimensional modeling frameworks (3NF, Kimball).
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models.
• Familiarity with data governance practices and data quality standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
