We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Professional Services team for a 6 months contract. The role will include client-facing stakeholder engagement to capture and validate requirements and translate them into a technical interpretation that can be consumed by the Engineering team.

We look for people who embody:

Innovation to solve the hardest problems.

Accountability for every result.

Integrity always.

About The Role

  • Define and Document Data Migrations: Clearly outline and document source-to-target mappings to support the migration of legacy data pipelines. This mapping must include precise definitions for data format and transformation rules for both incoming and outgoing data.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Proactively liaise with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Contribute to Project Sprints: Actively participate in backlog refinement meetings to clearly define and refine Jira tickets with the wider project teams.
  • Communicate Progress: Deliver concise progress updates in daily stand-ups and present summary updates to both internal and external stakeholders in sprint reviews.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in sprint retrospective meetings to support team learning and continuous improvement processes.

This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our offices or a client location) for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.
