Responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day activities and ad hoc tasks related to finance data updates/corrections.
  • Control of what is already done, what is pending, mastering work schedule up until the monthly closing.
  • Assistance in resolving client queries.
  • Cooperation with other team members and departments.
  • Ensuring quality standards are being met/service excellence.
  • Support and participation in assigned campaigns, initiatives, and internal projects.
  • Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures, and any other legal obligations, and effectively address risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role.
  • Support in shaping the top quality level of services.
  • Collaborate with local Finance teams and collect regular feedback.
  • Build know-how, create instructions, procedures, and maintain documentation.
  • Timekeeper's account activation, termination, and maintenance in Elite.
  • Matter maintenance and updates in Elite, including requests received via Intapp Open, correction of error notifications, currency, location, BTK, rate changes.
  • Clone and non-billable matters creation
  • Credits updates on EU matters.
  • Verification of EU Partners credits on cross-region matters (including China).
  • Preparation of reports (Leaving Partner list, Rate Report).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in experience)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in similar role
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Elite finance program
  • Business proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Well-developed soft skills:
    • Accuracy and attention to details
